Please allow 1 to 3 business days for pre-made items to be processed and shipped, pre-order items shipping dates are provided in our products page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email address associated with your order.

DELIVERY TIME
After your order has been shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

HOLIDAY & SALE ITEMS
Please allow an extra 1 to 2 weeks for the shipping of holiday items and sale items due to high order volumes and extended processing times.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
Once your package is shipped and in the hands of the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you experience any issues after your tracking has updated, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
