EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

MOIR CHERIE OFFERS YOU THE POSSIBILITY TO EXCHANGE YOUR GARMENTS!

Exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date the package was delivered. The period starts on the day the shipping provider confirms delivery.

You must send the garments back to Moir Cherie.
Important: Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, in pristine condition, and with all original tags attached. After inspection, we will approve the exchange.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • The cost of shipping the item back to Moir Cherie is covered by the customer.

  • The cost of shipping the new item to your location is covered by Moir Cherie — for the first exchange only.

  • For a second or third exchange, both shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


NO CASH REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit voucher for the value of the returned item. This credit is valid for 6 months from the original delivery date.


GUARANTEES & CLAIMS (PQR)

If you experience delays in delivery, issues with product quality, or have concerns about how we handle returns and complaints, you may contact us at:

You have 30 days to request a product quality guarantee, which covers suitability, safety, and proper condition.
To request this, please contact us through our official channels and clearly state your reasons.
Note: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse of the product.
